we help you find your perfect space to slow down by showing you suitable studios, teacher and activities

would you like to slow down, but don't know how to get there yet? we will help you to find your way in

do you like to practice outdoors under the open sky? spirit bird offers you an overview of all outdoor activities

we act neutrally and show you larger studios as well as independent teachers in equal measure

whether you are self-employed or you belong to a studio, you can create classes, workshops, retreats, trainings etc. in just a few steps

simply create activities outdoor, in the studio, at home, at your favorite place and/or online

we support you by taking over your administrative work for booking and payment processing

by accessing the spirit bird community you can reach a large number of interested students

for the community - not for profit

Über viele Jahre war sie in einer Firma Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung und für die Lehrlingsausbildung verantwortlich. Sie praktiziert seit über 20 Jahren Zen Meditation und ist im September 2018 zur Zen-Nonne ordiniert worden. Sie ist als Beraterin, Coach, Seminarleiterin und Meditationslehrerin tätig.

In 2013 she realized that the real life is not happening in the indoor-office environment but rather outside. This made her realize that she was missing something important in her life - connection with Nature. Since then, most of her time she spends outside - climbing, hiking, wild camping, walking in the forests, parks and other natural places. She has become hiking "guru" and is now passionate to share the most beautiful places in the Swiss Alps with others.

speaker session w/ Stephen ThomasStephen has been a dedicated student of yoga since 1998. he has practiced, taught and lived in asia and europe for the past decade. Stephen's background includes studies in buddhism, ayurveda and traditional hatha yoga in india. he continues an in-depth study of traditional pranayama and philosophy. this foundational work in pranayama and meditation is combined with his deep love for the asana practices.

speaker session w/ Christina EggenschwilerYoga- und Mindfulness-Lehrerin, Sport- und Bewegungstherapeutin - Christina hat einen Masterabschluss in Sportwissenschaften und bildet sich im CAS in Bewegungs- und Sporttherapie weiter. Als mehrfach zertifizierte Yoga- und Pilateslehrerin vermittelt sie an verschiedenen Lehrerausbildungen mit viel Herzblut die Anatomie und Physiologie. Guerillayoga ist ein Projekt für das sie sich seit Jahren für und mit der Berner Yoga Community ehrenamtlich engagiert.
